Build it yourself with AI tools, or bring in an AI consultant or engineer?
With Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, or a no-code tool with AI, you can build in an afternoon what used to take weeks. For many things that is the right choice. The difference lies in what happens when the system becomes critical, needs to integrate, or has to last for years.
What you can do yourself today
With today's AI tools you can already build a lot yourself: internal tools, reports, forms, even a working application. What those tools do not do by themselves is think ahead: a setup that can still be extended in three years, technically sound choices, and an application that is cyber-secure.

Schedule a no-obligation callA project starts differently with us
Our way of working and all our tooling are set up with AI and for AI, informed by 345+ projects. From our CRM and sales platform to our own editor, coding assistant, and always-on AI agents: we built it ourselves and use it every day. That is why every project starts out designed for scale, security, and quality, not only once it is already running.
01
Agents build with us, never straight into production
Our AI agents work through the tasks one by one, separated from what is already running. Our developers build the critical parts side by side with the agents.
02
Automated checks, and the basics in place
Every change runs tests, a security scan, and an AI review. And what is often forgotten when you build it yourself comes as standard: from a fixed contact point for reporting security issues (security.txt) to an emergency plan for when things go wrong and a plan for further development.
03
Alerts and errors picked up automatically
Security alerts, code quality findings, and production errors go to our agents, which prepare a fix for each one.
04
A developer reviews
A developer reviews the result and puts it live. You get release notes in plain language.
See it for yourself
Sounds too good to be true? Visit us in Etten-Leur. In a no-obligation conversation, we show you how we work, from agent to production, on our own systems.
Building it yourself makes sense if
- it is a tool for yourself or a small team
- it can stop without customers noticing
- it contains no client or personal data
Call us if
- the system carries your operations, such as transport, warehouse, or case files
- it needs to talk to several systems
- it has to last for years and someone else must be able to take it over

Frequently asked questions
Can you take over what we built ourselves with AI?
Yes. We first assess honestly what state it is in. Then we decide together: we take it over as it is and offer support and guarantees, or we first adjust what is needed to make it secure and manageable.
Can we keep building ourselves, with Wabber as a backup?
No, we deliberately do not. All our tooling, from code storage and build servers to monitoring, runs in a secured internal cluster. Code changed outside it cannot be monitored with the same certainty. What you have already built, we are happy to take over.
Does Wabber use AI tools to build as well?
Yes. Our developers work with Claude and Codex every day, but above all with W-Coder: our own AI coding assistant, running on our own GPU cluster. W-Coder follows our documented ways of working and checks its work with quality and security checks before it is delivered. Our AI agents share ways of working, experience, and test plans with each other: what one project learned, the next one uses right away. That makes us faster, and we also know where AI tools fall short.
Is building it yourself with AI safe?
That depends on the tool and the data. Do not put client or personal data into a tool when you do not know where it processes that data, and always have code that goes into production reviewed by someone.
Who owns the code and data when Wabber builds it?
Custom software we build for you is yours. If you use an existing Wabber solution, such as CROS or our TMS, that software stays ours and you get a licence. Your data is and always remains yours.
What does it cost when Wabber builds it?
Software projects start from €10,000, a custom AI project from €25,000. We only take on projects with a future: systems we keep managing and developing after delivery. We do not do one-off builds, because we focus on business-critical processes and systems that need to grow with you. After an introduction you receive a concrete estimate.
