From Etten-Leur we build tracking systems and AI platforms for industry, logistics and healthcare. You make technical decisions, take ownership and have direct impact at clients.

AI tools and prompting are not a nice-to-have but a must. Everyone on our team works with AI daily.

AI Engineer · PHP / Symfony

Full-time €3,000 - €5,000 per month

Build our tracking systems (TMS, WMS) and private AI platforms, in PHP/Symfony, with Claude Code in the daily mix. No AI buzzwords: at Wabber, AI sits in the stack and in your workflow.

  • PHP / Symfony in production (3+ years)
  • Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent as daily tool
  • Understands RAG, embeddings and when fine-tuning is not the answer
  • Plus: frontend (Vue, React) or Python for the AI side

AI Consultant

3 days or more €3,000 - €6,000 per month (pro rata)

Advise clients on AI strategy, guide implementations and translate business challenges into concrete solutions. The bridge between technology and the boardroom.

  • Experience in B2B consultancy or account management (software/IT)
  • You understand what AI can mean for business processes
  • Strong in conversations with directors and decision-makers
  • Results-driven, working with AI tools daily
