From Etten-Leur we build tracking systems and AI platforms for industry, logistics and healthcare. You make technical decisions, take ownership and have direct impact at clients.

AI tools and prompting are not a nice-to-have but a must. Everyone on our team works with AI daily.

New Business Manager (process automation & AI)

Full-time · 32-40 hours €4,000 - €6,000 per month + commission

Etten-Leur · hybrid

You win new clients for our tracking systems and private AI. You build your own pipeline, get a seat at the table with directors and understand what you're selling: not a pitch about AI, but a conversation about their process. A large part of your market is already there: solutions like CROS, the ABBR-App, Digitaal Aanmelden, our RAG platform and AI agents run at clients, but we don't promote them actively yet. You sell both: existing solutions and new custom projects.

AI Engineer (PHP / Symfony / Vue)

Full-time · 32-40 hours €3,000 - €5,000 per month

Etten-Leur · hybrid

You'll build our tracking systems (TMS, WMS) and private AI platforms in PHP/Symfony, with Claude Code in the daily mix. No odd jobs: you own features end-to-end and your choices land directly with clients that together run 75,000+ shipments a day.
