What is CROS?
CROS stands for Client Reflection and Support System. It is a case management system in which social domain professionals record the full client case, from intake to closure, with progress and reports.
Is CROS GDPR-compliant?
CROS is set up for the GDPR: encrypted connections, encrypted storage of sensitive intake data, role-based access, and an audit trail on every file action. Wabber signs a data processing agreement and hosts the data in the Netherlands.
Which organisations is CROS suitable for?
CROS is used by municipalities, care teams, care institutions, clothing banks, and other social domain organisations that want to record client cases securely and centrally.
Where is CROS data stored?
In the Netherlands, with a dedicated server environment per client. New installations run on Wabber's own cluster. Backups are written daily, encrypted, to a second location in the Netherlands managed by Wabber itself. No data goes to a US cloud.
Do you work under the GIBIT?
Yes. Wabber contracts under the GIBIT (Dutch municipal IT procurement terms), with arranged exit and data portability. We expect ISO 27001 certification in Q4 2026.
Can multiple organisations collaborate in CROS?
Yes. Several organisations and regions work in one installation with separated data, and you record the network around a client in the file. Roles determine who may see what.
