Tess learns from what your people already did: earlier sent and received email. Your writing style and tone are picked up, per recipient. What exactly is AI process automation?
Having repetitive work carried out by AI agents and workflows: sorting email, reading documents, preparing standard actions. The AI does the groundwork, your employee keeps the decision and the control.
Does my data stay safe?
Yes. Everything runs on our own cluster in the Netherlands (128GB VRAM). Your data does not go to OpenAI, Google or an American cloud. ISO 27001 certification expected Q4 2026.
Does the AI make decisions on its own?
Only if you want it to. By default the AI prepares and proposes, your employee reviews and sends. You decide per process how much the AI may handle itself.
Does automation work with our existing software?
Yes. We build integrations with your mailbox, CRM, ERP, TMS or your own application, so you keep working in one workspace. For example, customer service messages that automatically become a task in your TMS system, or status questions prepared as a draft reply for your employee.
Can the automation be fully custom?
Absolutely. Every integration, process and interface is built to fit your situation, your systems and your way of working. Not an off-the-shelf package you have to bend to, but software built around your process, which we keep maintaining.

Yes. We are based in Etten-Leur and work in person in the Breda and West-Brabant region, as well as across the Netherlands. For larger projects we come to your location.
