Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Wabber B.V. values the protection of your personal data. In this privacy policy, we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle your data.

What data do we collect?

We process personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. This may include: name, email address, phone number, and company name. In addition, we process limited visit data on every page view: your IP address, the visited path, and the referring page. We do not place cookies or read device attributes for this; processing happens entirely on our own server in the Netherlands (SpearAI, an in-house product of Wabber B.V.).

What do we use your data for?

Wabber B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes: contacting you about your inquiry, performing our services, and improving our products and services. For B2B lead management, we link contact requests and scan results to earlier visits from the same IP address so that we can handle your inquiry in context. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); you may object at any time.

How long do we retain your data?

Contact details and linked lead data are retained for 24 months after the last contact moment; after that they are anonymised or deleted. Anonymised visit data (from which no individual can be identified) may be retained longer for statistical purposes.

Sharing with third parties

Wabber B.V. does not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. Visit and lead data remain within Wabber B.V. and are processed exclusively on our own infrastructure in the Netherlands; no transfer outside the EU.

Cookies and tracking

We do not place tracking cookies and we do not read device attributes for analysis or profiling. We only use functional cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the website. For our visitor analytics we use a server-side method based on your IP address; this does not involve storage on your device and therefore falls outside the scope of the Dutch Cookie Act (Article 11.7a Telecommunications Act).

Your rights

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing. You can submit a request via info@wabber.nl.
