Client Case: WMS App for IJsselland Hospital
IJsselland Hospital needed a WMS app to collect orders for different departments using scanners with an inventory management system.

The client needed a WMS app to collect orders for different hospital departments. To support this process, they wanted to use scanners with an inventory management system.
We developed an application that, when starting a new order and scanning a stock bin, displays the details regarding the item, location and quantity. It is also possible to create multiple orders simultaneously before finalizing them, which was unique compared to competitors. When an order is complete, it can be sent to a file share where it is imported into the HiX (Chipsoft) backend.
Our methodology: Consult (analyze work processes on-site), Research (map suitable hardware and potential issues), Develop (developed in 1 phase, directly on the correct device), Service (key user training, comprehensive manual), Hardware (Newland MT90 scanners, 500+ devices under management).
