Frequently asked questions
What if the code turns out to be poor?
Then the report says so honestly. We first fix what is needed, or advise rebuilding if that is cheaper in the long run. You decide.
Does our old supplier have to cooperate?
It helps, but it is not required as long as you have access to the code and servers. If that is missing, the System Check works out what is needed to regain control.
Do you take over any technology?
We assess per system whether we can manage it responsibly. If we can't, the System Check says so.
Can we keep building ourselves, with Wabber as a backstop?
No. What we manage, we also build and develop further ourselves. That is the only way to meet the agreements in the SLA.
