What is MS-A?
MS-A stands for Machine Service App. It is a complete service platform that enables machine builders and their customers to monitor, diagnose and service machines, from battery status and GPS location to work orders and documents.
What sensor data can MS-A read?
Battery percentages per position, total capacity (kWh), motor and hydraulic temperatures, coolant temperature, charging power (kW), estimated charge time and real-time error codes. Data is retrieved via API and displayed live.
How does GPS tracking work?
Every machine with a GPS module appears on a Google Maps view. You see a fleet overview of all machines or zoom in on an individual location with a ‘last seen at’ timestamp.
Can MS-A work offline?
Yes. MS-A is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that you install as an app on your phone or tablet. Thanks to service workers, the app works without an internet connection and synchronises when reconnected.
How quickly can MS-A be deployed?
