Where do I start with AI? With text and data, on private AI
You feel you should be doing something with AI, but you do not know where to start. We hear that question almost every week, from directors to business owners. The answer is less exciting than you expect, and it does not start with a dashboard or a strategy document.

Do not start with a dashboard or workflow
Many organisations start their AI plans with a dashboard or an automated workflow. Understandable, but that is software, and we have been building software without AI for years. A repetitive process with fixed steps does not need a language model, it needs a good developer. Putting AI on top of that means paying for complexity that solves nothing. We are honest about that, even when it costs us an AI project.
Start where text and data pass through human hands
Look at the places where your people lose the most time on text and data. Reading emails, digging through documents, typing the same answer for the fiftieth time. That is where AI solves a problem traditional software falls short on: not by automating a process, but by understanding and processing information. A language model reads an unstructured email, extracts what is relevant and prepares a concrete proposal. Until recently, software could not do that.
But how do we do that safely?
Then almost always the same question follows: our data cannot simply go to an external party. Rightly so, because emails and documents in particular are full of customer data and business information. That is why we run private AI on our own cluster in the Netherlands: 128GB VRAM, own hardware, on-premise with you or hosted by us. No data leaving the country, no US cloud. ISO 27001 certification expected Q4 2026.

Get in touch →This is how it works at Wabber: Tess
Tess, our AI email agent, has processed more than 150,000 emails for over 6,200 contacts. She learns our writing style, drafts reply proposals and prepares follow-up actions. Our employees review and send, and the data stays inside our own environment and under our own control. Starting safely with AI is not a strategy document. It is looking at where text and data pass through human hands every day, and running that on your own private AI.
