ISO Certification Start
This week we took the first step toward our ISO certification with a gap analysis. This gives us insight into what's already in good shape and where areas for improvement remain.
Based on the advice that follows, we'll further organize and register everything so that our processes fully comply with ISO standards.
At Wabber, we've been working for years in a way that closely aligns with what ISO requires of companies: structured, transparent and careful. Documentation and overview aren't secondary for us, but the foundation of quality. We ensure folders are logically structured, documents have the right names and information is easy to find. Recording always has a purpose for us: making our processes more efficient, clearer and better. ISO helps us to further strengthen and safeguard that.
In the coming months, we'll work step by step toward certification.
In Q1 we want to be ready for the internal audit, so that in Q2 we can have the external audit performed and finalize the certification. With this, we take another step toward even better organized quality and reliability, exactly what our clients may expect from us.
