Student-friendly registration in three steps
An earlier version already offered a solution, but was no longer sufficiently student-friendly. So that had to change! In the renewed app, prospective students follow a clear, intuitive step-by-step plan. In just three clicks, the student selects the desired event, enters their details and confirms registration. Behind the scenes, automatic confirmation, reminder and update emails are prepared immediately, keeping both the student and the school continuously informed without extra manual work.
Overview, filters and enrollment
The homepage shows all current offerings: information about the event, ongoing events, dates and location, clear and organized. Via the registration page, the student logs in (or makes a fresh start using their current school), after which a personal page is available to manage or adjust their registration. The overview page offers clear filters (school, domain, workshop) so the student quickly finds what suits them, while giving the organization insight into the distribution of registrations.
Real-time capacity per workshop
On each workshop's detail page, the student immediately sees which rounds are available, with real-time capacity visibility. One click in a pop-up confirms participation. With this approach, what was once a lot of work for schools is now a smooth process that simply works. For the student it's pleasant, clear and fast. For the school it's manageable, reliable and organized.
