That is why we never start with a standard demo or a ready-made proposal. We prefer to visit first. To listen, observe and above all ask many questions.
During such a visit, we see how processes actually run. Which steps people take over from each other, which routines have become ingrained over time "because it was always done that way", and where creative workarounds have emerged outside of the systems. Often this involves Excel files being emailed back and forth or quick messages via WhatsApp. Convenient in the short term, but difficult to scale and error-prone in the long run.
Precisely through this approach, we gain insight into the real pain points and unexpected opportunities. As an outsider, you notice things that internally have long become taken for granted. And that yields better insights than any remote analysis ever could.
With those insights, we build no standard solution, no copy of the competitor and certainly no software that mainly looks good on paper.
